Kenshô Tokubetsu Junmai Eco is our signature sake, awarded internationally by ITQI 2017 Brussels.

It is a sake made with rice from the Ebro Delta that is noticeable in its truly Mediterranean flavor and aroma.

Kenshô’ Junmai Tokubetsu Eco sake is a slightly fruity sake that is drunk cold to accompany a good meal, such as sushi.

 

Style:

Tokubetsu: Signature of aroma from Mediterranean

Muroka: Not filtered with activated carbon

Junmai: Pure rice, and whole alcohol derives from natural fermentation

Alcohol: 13.5%

Polished rice: 70% polished

Ingredients: Water, Rice*, Koji (Aspergillus oryzae) and yeast. *From organic farming

Origin: Rice from the Ebro Delta Natural Park

Rice variety: Eco marsh

Yeast: specific sake, number 9
