Kenshô Sparkling SAKE – a sparkling sake that has been made with a second fermentation in the bottle, to trap the bubbles.
Style: Tokubetsu-Muroka Junmai Nigori Sparkling:
– Tokubetsu: Signature, because it has been made with rice from the Delta Ebro.
– Muroka: Not filtered with activated carbon.
– Junmai: Pure rice, because all the alcohol comes from the fermentation of rice.
– Nigori: It has only been filtered once, to remove the largest pieces of rice, giving it a whitish appearance.
– Sparkling: There are many types of sparkling; In our case, the second fermentation is natural.
