Visit Kenshô House in Delta Ebro
Kenshô means “discover your nature”, because our goal is for you to discover the nature of the Delta Ebro through Kenshô products. So that you can discover the culture of rice, we offer you 3 types of visits to the Kenshô cellar.
Discover
Include: explanation of rice culture + tasting of Kenshô products: 4 sakes, amazake and vegan tapas with miso.

The visit takes place in “Kan Kenshô”, a family farmhouse from 1945 registered in the Catalog of Farmhouses of the Generalitat. The farmhouse is located in l’Ampolla.
We will begin the visit with an explanation about the rice culture and the Ebro Delta Natural Park, while we taste the first sake or amazake for those who do not drink alcohol. Afterwards, we will go to the tasting room where we will taste 3 types of sake paired with our misos and amazakes.
Agro-environmental
Include: explanation of rice culture + tasting of Kenshô products + excursion to the rice fields

This option includes everything from the first plus a visit to the Kenshô rice fields, where we will delve into the cultivation of rice and the importance of rice for the Ebro Delta, while we enjoy its beautiful and changing landscapes.
Electric Cycling
Include: explanation of rice culture + tasting of Kenshô products + excursion to the rice fields by Deltacleta electric bicycle

The rice fields route with an electric bicycle is an ideal way to get to know the Delta. We leave Deltacleta and arrive at Kenshô, where we make the visit, and then return to the bicycle collection point. This visit is carried out jointly with Deltacleta, to ensure availability of bikes the reservation is made with them.
Gastronomy
Include: explanation about rice culture + Kenshô product production workshop + winery visit + food at the Kenshô facilities

This option includes everything from the Discovery visit plus an appetizing gastronomic proposal with our products at Kan Kenshô. The activity is carried out 1 time at the end of each month. Need prior reservation.
Workshop
Include: workshop to make koji and other fermented foods such as miso, amazake and shio-koji etc.
